I had been living a sinful life of addiction to sex, pornography, and social media. Always trying to fill an empty space in my life. I needed to be loved and I was looking for love in all the wrong places.

Then I seen the You Are Loved Mission and started looking into it. They led me directly to Jesus and His never ending love. I had also bought a couple T-shirts with the 'You Are Loved' message and started to wear them. Not only were they a reminder to myself when I wore them, but when asked what the saying meant, I was able to share the love of Jesus. They were a great tool for me to use for witness because otherwise I'd be too shy to just start witnessing to people.

A short time after purchasing the shirts I was incarcerated and given a 20 year sentence. I feel awful for all of my actions, but You Are Loved Mission has been with me every step of the way. The mission has encouraged me to look into the Catholic faith. Since I've been locked up, I have completed the RCIA class and am about to be confirmed as Catholic with the forgiveness of Jesus.

I know that with the ongoing support of You Are Loved Mission and the eternal love of Jesus Christ, I can make it through this journey and truly become the man of God I was created to be!
